The Kaap Dining Table is conceived as a place of gathering - monumental yet restrained. A generous travertine top spans a series of sculptural bronze bases, whose layered texture suggests geological strata shaped over time. The composition feels architectural and grounded, anchoring the space with quiet authority. The elongated oval surface softens the table’s scale, encouraging conversation and movement around it. Beneath, the bronze bases act as both structural supports and sculptural elements, each bearing subtle variations that reveal the casting process and the hand of the artisan.
