Inspired by the shapes and composition of the El Lizitsky poster ‘Beat the Whites with Red Wedge’, the Cut Triangle Table Lamp has a distinctive triangular base that pierces through the cylindrical lampshade to emerge once again at the other end. Made in brushed grey metal, the wedge-shape has a strong graphic profile: a thin line from one angle, and an oversized, flat silhouette from another. At its base, a slab of white marble adds weight and heft – a small detail that complicates the simplicity of the two main elements, and compliments the white of the cotton of the shade. Available in all standard finishes with custom materials and sizing available upon request.
