Founded by Alesia Sirokina in 2020, Square in Circle creates lighting designs that fuse geometric precision with the fluidity of movement. Influenced by dance - especially Oskar Schlemmer’s 1922 Bauhaus ballet - Sirokina’s work began with the signature ‘Dance of Geometry’ and continues to explore themes of symmetry, asymmetry, flatness, and depth. Using a minimal palette of shapes and materials, each piece feels both refined and dynamic, subtly shifting in relation to the viewer. An interplay between a few different elements, the Sphere and Cut Circle pendant is a modular design that can be adapted to suit any space. Composed of semicircular rings - made in ribbon- like brushed brass - each of which houses a single glass ‘bulb’ that has been crafted in opaque FROSTED GLass. Available in all standard finishes with custom materials upon request.
