Black Pawn is a handmade ceramic table crafted by Polish artist Jakub Biewald. This versatile piece can be used as a coffee table, side table, nightstand, stool, or even as a sculpture. Its monolithic, asymmetrical design is a result of hours-long coiling clay technique. A combination of glossy and matte black glazes gives it a distinctive finish. Due to multiple firings and layers of glaze, it's suitable for both dry and wet areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, or gardens. This sculptural piece, reminiscent of chess figures, is one of a kind. It initiated a limited series of ceramic tables inspired by its design, finish, and dimensions. LIMITED EDITION.
