Lukas Cober, established in 2018, is dedicated to form and matter, averse to trends, using authenticity of material to express a tone. Working with wood, fibreglass, resin and cast metal, the studio expresses fluidity through minimalistic waves and contours. These motions are exaggerated to shape the profound language of clean lines intertwined with dynamic volumes. NEW WAVE emphatically represents the experimental dimension of Studio Lukas Cober and explores the possibilities of fibreglass in a startling yet subtle way. The elegant sculptural objects embody a movement that on the one hand seems to refer to flowing water, but mostly reflects a fluid process of creation and the flux of motion with which the material was processed into its distinctive appearance. Available in all standard finishes with custom materials and sizing available upon request.
